Service Limitations & Liability

1. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 service, Aero Cab cannot guarantee uninterrupted taxi service at all times. Service may be affected by:

• Weather conditions and natural disasters
• Road closures and traffic disruptions
• Vehicle breakdowns and maintenance issues
• Government regulations and restrictions
• Force majeure events beyond our control

2. Booking Confirmations

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking confirmation message does not guarantee service until confirmed by our operations team. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Fare Estimates

Fares displayed on our website are estimates only. Final fares may vary based on:

• Exact pickup and drop locations
• Traffic conditions and route taken
• Waiting time charges
• Toll charges and parking fees
• Night charges (10 PM to 6 AM)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Customer Cancellations

• Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup time
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of ₹300
• No Show: If the passenger is not present at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time, the booking will be cancelled with applicable charges

2. Service Cancellations by Aero Cab

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

• Unsafe weather or road conditions
• Vehicle breakdown or maintenance issues
• Driver unavailability
• Suspicious or fraudulent booking requests

In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or full refunds as applicable.

Passenger Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information

Passengers must provide accurate information including:

• Correct pickup and drop locations
• Accurate contact information
• Correct number of passengers and luggage
• Flight details for airport transfers

2. Behavior & Safety

Passengers must:

• Wear seat belts at all times during the journey
• Not distract the driver while vehicle is in motion
• Not carry illegal substances or dangerous items
• Not smoke inside the vehicle
• Treat drivers and staff with respect

3. Lost Property

Aero Cab is not responsible for items left in vehicles. While we make efforts to return lost property, we cannot guarantee recovery. Passengers should check the vehicle before exiting.
