Booking and Payments

- You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings, including applicable taxes and fees.
- All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.
- Aerocab reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made within the allowed time frame (as per the specific ride type) may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur charges.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment method.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers or other users
- Misuse or tamper with the platform’s software or network
- Impersonate any person or entity
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.
Driver & Vehicle Conduct
- Aerocab strives to partner with professional drivers and maintain reliable vehicles.
- However, Aerocab is not liable for the conduct of third-party drivers or for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Aerocab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our Services will not exceed the amount paid for that particular ride or service.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on aerocab.in are the property of Aerocab or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
